that apply to your use of this site. The Terms of Service are subject
to change at anytime. By using our site, you agree to be bound and
abide by the Terms of Service.
Terms & Conditions
You agree that use of CPA Server, including any
applets, features, content and services accessible therein, is
entirely at your own risk. CPA Server does not warrant that the
service is free from bugs, viruses, errors, or other program limitations
nor does CPA Server warrant access to the Internet or to any other
service or content through the service. The entire liability of
CPA Server for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid
by the customer for the related services or content purchased
from CPA Server, its authorized reseller or its service providers.
Terms of Service: CPA Server shall consist
of the server benefits as stated in the CPA Server Welcome Package
and the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. You agree to follow and abide by the “Client
Computer Preparations” before installing the Citrix Server.
2 . You understand and agree that CPA Server reserves the right
to discontinue the service of anyone who does not meet the criteria
or follow all instructions and guidelines, and such criteria,
instructions and guidelines shall be determined from time to time
in CPA Server’s sole discretion.
3 . CPA Server does not prorate any monthly user charges. A full
monthly user charge will be charged whenever the service is started.
All monthly subscriptions charge are billed on the same day every
month that you are setup. Non-payment of the monthly user charge
will result in disconnection from the service. A $50.00 re-connect
fee will be charged and paid in advance with all outstanding monthly
user charges, before service will be restored. Any service disconnected
more than 20 days will require a new set-up charge at current
rate.
4 . CPA Server will automatically refund one months user’s
charges if the service is not available for use for any three
24-hour periods during one single month. The refund will be automatically
credited back to your account the next month.
5 . You understand and agree that any charges that are reversed
by you for services, will not be accepted and proof of service
use will be directed to the credit card company.
6. If a customer has multiple subscriptions for CPA Server, and
any of those subscriptions are past due, all subscriptions are
then deemed to be past due.
Terms of Support: CPA Server will provide
technical support to all CPA customers for the CPA Server Only
and not for software support. Software support is available at
an additional cost. Check with the sales department for pricing.
